Convention Exhibitor Rules and Regulations

Agreement for Exhibitor Space:

The application for exhibit space, the formal notice of space assignment by NDA and the rules and regulations set forth in the exhibitors agreement constitute a contract for the right to exhibit at the NDA conference. Exhibitor also agrees to comply with the rules & regulations of the venue where the conference is located.

No exhibitor shall do anything which attracts conference attendees away from NDA-sponsored activity, including the trade show and the NDA president’s dinner.  An exhibitor cannot have any organized meetings during the length of the show.

Exhibitors, attendees and guests at the event are not permitted to solicit or make offers to employees of other companies or exhibitors.

Items are displayed at your own risk. There is no security at the venue and NDA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Booth Assignment/Sharing Space:

Exhibitors are not permitted to share exhibit space with other exhibitors. If exhibitors are found sharing, they will not be able to have an exhibit table in the future.

Exhibitor shall not reassign or sublease exhibit space, in whole or in part, with any person, firm or other entity without notification to and approval of the NDA.

Booth Set Up and Dismantling:

Exhibitors must be completely set up by 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 14 and remain up until the conclusion of the Convention at Noon on September 15. If you dismantle early you will not be permitted to attend the next year’s Convention.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Your exhibitor table fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the Convention.

In the event of cancellation by the exhibitor, the following schedule of refunds will be followed:

Cancellation before August 7th- refund will be 90%. Cancellation between August 7th and September 6th – refund will be 50%. NO REFUNDS after September 6th.
