Drilling Makes Way for Leak Detection

The Delaware Aqueduct supplies more than 50 percent of the water needed by the greater metropolitan area of the City of New York. For several years, this 13½-foot-diameter tunnel has been leaking water to the surface from its location at more than 700 feet underground.
